Moeten we sportkledij aandoen? Het is fijn dat je kledij aan hebt die relatief ademt (geen wol!) en waarin je comfortabel kan bewegen. Dit hoeft zeker geen sportoutfit te zijn! Schoenen doen we uit. Gaan we zweten? Op aanvraag kunnen er 'minimal sweat' sessies gegeven worden. Geen zorgen, een Reset Break is géén crossfit workout. Hoeveel tijd zijn we hier ècht aan 'kwijt'? De 30 minuten beginnen van het moment dat de deelnemers de ruimte betreden waar de Reset Break wordt gegeven. Een half uur later zijn de deelnemers ook effectief weer beschikbaar, totally rebooted. Geen voorbereidingstijd nodig voor de deelnemers, enkel voor Johannes (ruimte voorbereiden - 15 min.). Hoe groot moet de ruimte zijn? Het aantal deelnemers moet languit kunnen neerliggen, met armen en benen uitgespreid, zonder iemand te raken. Kan dit met ploegendiensten/onregelmatige uren? Jazeker. Neem even contact op, en we leggen onze agenda's langs elkaar. Op zich kan een Reset Break elk moment van de dag (en avond) gegeven worden. Na 19u hanteren we andere tarieven. Tussen 22u en 6u zijn we echter zelf aan onze nachtelijke reboot bezig :) Wat als iemand fysieke beperkingen heeft? Iedereen die knieën of armen omhoog kan tillen kan de volledige 'standaard reset' meedoen. Voor wie dit niet mogelijk is, zoeken we een aangepaste oefening. We focussen op het doel van de reset: activatie en herstel. De oefeningen om daar te geraken kunnen we op maat maken. Hoe vaak raden jullie dit aan? Wekelijks is ideaal. Zo geef je lichaam en brein op een consistente manier die noodzakelijke reboot, en haal je het meeste rendement uit de sessies. Dagelijks zou nog beter zijn — maar we weten ook dat dat niet altijd realistisch is. Ook eenmalige sessies hebben impact. Je ervaart meteen het verschil. En: hoe vaker je meedoet, hoe beter je de oefeningen leert beheersen — zodat je op termijn ook zélf korte, effectieve breaks kunt nemen. Wat levert dit nu concreet op? Meer productiviteit, teamspirit, weerbaarheid, motivatie, betrokkenheid, retentie, beter moraal en aantrekking als duurzame werkplek. HR kan weer strategisch ondersteunen i.p.v. constant motiveren. Minder fouten, ziekteverzuim, langdurige uitval, druk op rest van het team, interne conflicten, tussenkomst HR, lagere loonkost.
